I found something that combines three things I love:
taking pictures
being the "quiet one" in the background
babies
being the "quiet one" in the background
babies
About an hour after he came into this world, his older brother Rowan said, "I know the baby is already here, but it feels like a dream." So true, Row, so true. Capturing the moments before, during, and after birth is a surreal experience, and I certainly hope I can do it again someday. I also selfishly hope I can snuggle each photographed baby afterwards like I did on Sunday. ;)

times." -Rich Remsburg via Emily

How wonderful! I am glad everything went well with the home birth. I am too nervous to give birth at home. You are welcome to come take photos of the baby after we bring her home, or in the hospital. Congrats to your friend and her family.
