On Saturday a cold front moved in and brought rain, clouds, and morning air so cold that you can see your breath. The leaves are changing and swirling around in whirlwinds on the driveway. The pond is misty at sunrise. But inside it's toasty. Jamie's dad gave me a bunch of rooted cuttings from his plants yesterday and they add a liveliness to the house. I was even inspired to clean our room and put a pumpkin on the nightstand. I love this season.
ps. I'm really into eating plain yogurt with maple syrup, walnuts, and muesli. Yum.
