Over the course of the week, we've had two nearly 70 degree days, this morning I woke up to snow on the ground, and now we're down to an almost 20 degree chill. Makes no sense. But I did savor that afternoon on the porch, watching the clouds cloak our valley, listening to the song of the wind gusting through the trees and among the ting-tonging chimes... I fed the sheep just in time, and ran back to the house as the first drops fell. The kitten slept in the rocking chair while I devoured Etsy (and henceforth, cluttered up our pinterest board) for the spring issue of Seasoned. If anyone is interested in submitting his or her own art or photography, please head on over to Julie's blog and read her post about our vision for this next issue. You can email me at seasonedquarterlyart at gmail dot com. I can't wait to see what you share with us!
Have a lovely weekend. :)

that is a bit odd - your kitty sure seems content up there on the porch.
ReplyDeletetake good care.
Wow look at your place, it's amazing! It's summer here, so reading about chilly weather is weird!

ReplyDeleteRuby, ditto on the opposites thing! Too weird to really comprehend. By the way, your paintings are just beautiful.
